Scott Phelps is the Executive Director of the Abstinence & Marriage Education Partnership in Chicago.  He is the author of Aspire and Excel abstinence curricula for teenagers, as well as other popular programs.  Scott speaks to thousands of teens around the country about the benefits of abstinence until marriage, and provides training seminars to help educators and parents effectively communicate the message of abstinence to teens.  Scott has dedicated his career to help teenagers resist negative pressures and make good decisions for their lives.  Scott and his wife Carrie live in the Chicago suburbs with their four children.
