NALC Statement
National Abstinence Leadership Council
Dear Friend of Abstinence Education,
A group of abstinence education leaders met in October 2006 to discuss strategic planning, during which a letter
was released by the GAO (linked below). As a result, it was determined that a joint statement on “medical
accuracy” was advisable and timely. The statement has been signed by each attendee of the meeting. We
invite like-minded individuals and organizations to join us in signing this statement. To sign the statement
