Abstinence Training Workshop

This training is taught by curriculum author Scott Phelps and is designed for middle school and high school teachers, nurses and counselors as well as parents, youth pastors and others interested in effectively teaching abstinence education.

This training will begin with an overview of the larger goals and purposes of abstinence education and will focus on the core elements of the Aspire and Quest programs.  (Participants will also receive a voucher for a special "two for one" rate for Game Plan & Navigator online training sessions).

New evaluation data shows that A&M programs have strong results. Students in California who went through Game Plan and Aspire shows significantly less rates of sexual activity.  Approximately 4 times as many students in the control group were sexually active at 6 month follow up.
